Ultra heat-treated milk is milk subject to a special processing called ultrapasteurisation. This process includes fast heating of milk to high temperatures (from 135 to 140 degrees Celsius) for several seconds and instant cooling. This method helps to kill most of the hazardous microorganisms and preserve nutritional substances, taste and flavor of milk. Ultrapasteurisation increases milk shelf life up to 6 months when stored according to the requirements. This product is suitable for children from the age of 8 months.

The milk contains only one component — high-quality cow milk. Whole milk contains more fat in comparison with regular milk, and it acquires a more intense and slightly creamy taste. It contains no milk fat substitutes, preservatives, coloring and flavoring agents, taste enhancers, sweeteners or GMO.
