Composition and properties

Ingredients: Normalized milk, “Chocolate crumb” preparation (sugar, water, milk chocolate crunches (cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, anhydrous milk fat, sugar, vanilla extract), thickening agents: corn starch, guar gum, flavoring agent, acidity regulator – citric acid), starter culture.
