Composition and properties

Ingredients: Normalized milk, berry preparation (sugar, gooseberry, water, thickening agent - pectins, acidity regulators: sodium citrate, calcium citrate, citric acid, safflower and seaweed fruit and vegetable concentrates, “Gooseberry” natural flavoring agent), starter culture Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp Вulgaricus.
